1st named in pairings will be responisble for making the correct table.
Game clock begins when the TD posts game start time.
The clock never stops for boots, subs, lag, or other problems.
All effort will be made by TD to give heads up that a tourney match is running out of time in order to attempt to give all players fair warning, and opportunity to bid 1 more hand.
Example: Time is running short, next hand will be last hand.
A game is never stopped part-way through a hand.
When time runs out, TD will announce time has expired and players should finish that hand, then the game is concluded.
All tournament and league games should be played at the quickest pace allowed by ping time.
Excessive slow play, after a TDs warning could result in elimination (DQ).
The TD is responsible for determining slow play and the TDs decision is final.
BRB's during tourney or league play should be kept to absolute minimum.
Please be considerate of your fellow players.
TD has sole discretion in what is considered excessive and will issue one warning.
This is enforced to ensure steady play and for the consideration of all players and TD time.
Idle Time/Subs: 60-second idle time will be given before the TD or host player will boot another player.
Once, booted, time will be posted at table and Reboot Time begins.
Reboot time is 10 minutes.
If a booted player does not return within 10 minutes, they are eliminated.
Chat & Table Talk: Just before and during tournaments, capital letters are reserved for TDs and Staff.
Please be mindful that a TD needs players attention before and during tournaments.
Chat about a hand in play is considered Table Talk and is not allowed.
Anything that can be interpreted as Table Talk should not be typed and include telling your partner what to play, or not play, what to lead or not.
TD has sole discretion in what is considered table talk and players will only receive one warning about table talk then will be eliminated (DQ).
Absolutely NO private messages between players of any kind is allowed during a tourney or match games.
If there is a problem that requires TD attention, they can be sent an IM.
The hosting TD is the ONLY person with whom any player should have IM communication.
If you must leave during tournament play, the host TD must be informed and given the reason.
TD has sole discretion in determining necessity for a sub, or to determine if the player/team will encounter tourney elimination
(starting a tourney without sufficient time to play it, barring any unforeseen/unpredictable problems is cause for tourney elimination).
If you leave for reasons such as disagreeing with your partner, the rules, the TD, etc. you are subject to elimination and Penalty Box time.
Continued unexcused departures will result in Penalty Box time and possible ban from the league.
If you must leave during Roulette or the other 1-player games, you are eliminated from the tourney.
